Torn Pants Lena

  • The dough that everyone loves is suitable for breakfast or dinner, it is easy to prepare and very tasty, you can combine it sweet and salty. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 90 min.
  • 500 g flour

  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • 2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 Tablespoon oil

  • 1 bag dry yeast/ 10 g

  • 200 ml lukewarm milk

  1. First, prepare the yeast to rise, by placing the yeast crumbled in a small coffee pot with a little sugar and putting 200 ml lukewarm water. Stir the ingredients and let the yeast rise.

  2. In another large bowl with sifted flour, place the risen yeast, oil, salt, mix, and make a uniform dough with a hand mixer until you get a compact and smooth dough.

  3. Then we shape the dough with our hands and make a ball, cover it with a cloth and let the dough rise for 1 hour.

  4. Place the risen dough on a board and cut it into several pieces. From each piece, form a thin irregular shape, cut in the middle with a knife 2–3 times, cover with a kitchen cloth and leave the dough for about 10 minutes.

  5. Then put the dough in hot deep fat and fry on both sides until golden yellow. We put the torn pants on a plate with a napkin to absorb the excess fat. Serve warm with yogurt or sour milk, for breakfast or dinner.
