I can also tell you that this way it can be a stunning bolognese ragout. Ingredients : total time 35 min., very easy 2 persons 240 g spaghetti 1 big onion/ finely chopped 350 g of minced meat/ beef, and pork oregano/ optional basil /optional 2–3 teaspoons ground red pepper 200 ml homemade ketchup/ or tomato purée salt and pepper to taste dry spice / vegeta 150 ml of water Parmesan cheese Preparation: Prepare a deeper pot of spaghetti water and salt. And put on the hob to boil the water. Finely chop the onion and put it in a medium saucepan and sprinkle a little oil and let it fry for a few minutes on a moderate heat. This is my mom's method and believes me, the jam is fantastic and everyone adores it! Follow this recipe. Ingredients : medium, total time: 2h30min. 5 kg of peeled apricots 2.5 kg of sugar 1/2 preservative sachet for 5 kg, because when cleaning apricots, a few grams fall off if the apricots are not sour as needed, take Limuntus and put it to your liking. These side dishes only add even better taste and give a special flavor. If you don't like baked potatoes, it's not a problem, then just boil these potatoes in their skins and combine them with onions, like a potato salad, see the recipe for potato salad here! Follow recipe. Ingredients : 4 persons, very easy total time: 60 min 1 kg sea bream 4 potatoes/ diced 4 cloves of garlic/ finely chopped 4 sprigs of rosemary 2 sprigs of thyme or dried thyme 1 large carrot/cut into rings 1 pinch of dried oregano 2 slices of lemon 1/2 lemon juice salt and pepper to taste Vegeta/ Dry spice EVO / Olive oil optional fresh parsley leaves/ finely chopped Preparation: Take the gilt head sea bream, wash it well on the outside and cut across the belly straight between the fins, and clean it on the inside and rinse well. Work the butter with the whisk, making it soft and puffy. Whip the egg yolk with the sugar until a frothy mixture is obtained. Combine the egg yolks and sugar mixture with the butter until you get a cream. Gradually add the melted chocolate and cocoa. Mix and complete the cream. Put the cream in the sac-à-poche, equipped with a smooth nozzle, to create the writing. At this point, write "Sacher torte or Sacher Cake". The writing must be done without pausing.
