Chicken Steak Soft as a Soul on My Way Lena

  • Chicken steak soft -this way how I make the -chicken, will be soft for the next 2–3 days for the two of us. It is a very simple procedure, and it will be done quickly, and most importantly it will be very tasty. Another note, if you have a steel pan it is phenomenal to use it because it tastes different and better when baked in some Teflon. I also combine it with young potatoes or grilled vegetables, which goes fantastically. Here is the recipe as I make it. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min.
  • 500 g of chicken white breast meat

  • 2-3 Tablespoons flour

  • salt to taste

  • dry spice/vegeta see here

  • pepper to taste

  • a bit of oil

  • 150 ml of water

  • (If you like, you can add finely chopped 1 clove garlic over the steak when you pour water.)

Preparation:
  1. Take the picket and cut it into thin steaks up to 5 mm thick. (they should be thin), then season with salt and vegeta on both sides and very little pepper on one side of the steak. When you have done that, beat them well on both sides with a pestle.

  2. Take the flour and place it on a plate, spread it evenly and roll all the steaks on both sides. Then pour very little oil into the pan, just enough to lick the pan. And wait for it to heat up well. Arrange the steaks as much as you can, fry for up to 2–3 minutes on one side (it takes a little color to roll) and then turn them over and fry as much.

  3. When done, set aside and repeat the process with the rest of the steak.

  4. When it is done, pour very little oil and return the steak to the same pan. Pour a little water over the steak and with a fork, stir the steak a little at the bottom to get a little juice, be sure to cover the pan and let it simmer for another 7–10 minutes. It is very important to cover the pan!

  5. Serve hot meat with new potatoes or french fries, mashed potatoes or some vegetables that you like, for grilled vegetables look at the recipe here as I make, the taste is phenomenal, and the food is light.

Buon appetito!
