A Quick Honey Cake Lena

  • Honey cake tastes fantastic and creamy, it is prepared in a very simple and fast way. An ideal treat for everyone. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: very easy, total time 45 min, in fridge 1 hour

Dough:

  • 4 cups soft flour

  • 4 eggs

  • 6 Tablespoons honey

  • 6 Tablespoons sugar

  • 2 Tablespoons baking soda for dessert

Cream:

  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 1 kg fat sour cream

Preparation:
  1. Put liquid honey, sugar, and eggs in a deeper bowl and then mix well with a mixer. Mix flour and baking soda and sift and add them to this mixture gradually.

  2. Take a baking tray and place the cake baking paper and pour this mixture and put the crust to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20–25 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, prepare the cream of this cake.

  4. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar, mix until it gets thick.

  5. When the dough is ready and cooled, take a sharp knife and divide it into 3 parts, cut it nicely and proportionally.

  6. Coat each crust with cream and the sides of the cake, as well as the top of the cake. You can decorate with chopped hazelnuts or walnuts if you like.

NOTE: I cut the crust with a sharp knife on the sides as well and grind the rest in a blender and sprinkle over this cake, so you won't need nuts or hazelnuts as a decoration!
