Ingredients: cup measure 240 ml, simple, preparation 15 min, cake rest: 4 hours
Cake:
3 cups of milk
1 pack graham crackers/ 450 g
1 container Cool Whip/ 230 g
2 bags vanilla instant pudding
Topping:
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup butter/ 1 stick
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate/ finely chopped or chips
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation:
Assembling cake
Line a 23x33 cm pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, and arrange a single layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom completely, breaking them as needed to fill any gaps.
In a large bowl, mix the pudding, Cool Whip, and milk together, then evenly pour half of the mixture over the graham crackers.
Add another layer of graham crackers, spread the remaining pudding mixture on top, and finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
Topping:
To prepare the topping, mix all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring regularly.
Once the chocolate, butter, and sugar have completely melted and the mixture is well combined, remove from heat and distribute evenly over the top layer of graham crackers.
Cover securely and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight.
