Tomato sauce Topping for cooked Vegetables

This fantastic sauce, which is tasty and quick to prepare, is ideal for toppings of cooked vegetables and even meat. Preparation is quick and easy. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 15 min. 4 serving
250 ml tomato paste "Mutti"
2 Tbsp Olive oil EVO
1. 5 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp sugar
150 ml water
1 /2 dry parsley/ optional
Preparation:
Pour the olive oil into a small saucepan and heat it over low to moderate heat.
Add a spoon and a half of flour and mix quickly and without lumps for about 1–2 minutes.
Immediately add the tomato paste, mix quickly to make everything uniform, reduce the heat add a little water, cook and mix for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
On its own, if you want, you can add half a teaspoon of dry parsley, but it is not mandatory.
You can serve this sauce with cooked vegetables, with which it goes fantastically.

Keep the rest of the sauce in the refrigerator for up to 2–3 days.
When heating this sauce, add a little water, about 50-70 ml of water, and mix while it is heating.
