Lava Cake recipe

  • This chocolate dessert, beloved by all, is simple to prepare and can be ready in just 30 minutes. Please follow the recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min.
  • 100 g of dark chocolate

  • 100 g of butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 50 g of sugar

  • 1 Tbsp of flour

  • a pinch of salt

Preparation:
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

  2. Butter four ceramic baking dishes and dust them with flour, removing any excess.

  3. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring until fully combined. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, yolks, and sugar until the mixture is light and foamy.

  5. Gradually incorporate the melted chocolate into the egg mixture, stirring gently to blend. Add the flour and a pinch of salt, mixing thoroughly.

  6. Evenly distribute the mixture into the prepared dishes.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–14 minutes.

  8. The lava cake should have a firm exterior while the interior remains molten.

  9. Remove the cake from the oven, allow it to cool slightly (about 1–2 minutes), then carefully invert it onto a plate.

  10. If desired, dust with powdered sugar or serve with ice cream. Enjoy your exquisite lava cake!
