Quick and juicy dessert in just a few minutes. It is easy to prepare! You can serve with vanilla ice cream, fresh fruit or simply sprinkled with powdered sugar. Follow the recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min, 4 serving
185 g semisweet chocolate/ finely chopped
115 g butter/ cut in cubes
3 eggs/ room temperature
pinch of salt
150 g granulated sugar
2 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons cocoa/ without sugar
Preparation:
Grease and flour four 180 ml ramekins.
Heat the oven to 200 °C.
Put the butter and chocolate with the thicker bottom over the boiling water and steam, stirring constantly with a spatula, until the ingredients melt for about 6 minutes.
Combine the sugar and eggs in a deep bowl, beat until the mixture becomes smooth and shiny, about 6 minutes. Add melted chocolate, flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt until combined. Mix all ingredients well until combined.
Pour the dough into the prepared baskets and place on a baking sheet.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Store the cookies in a closed box in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days
