Pumpkin Pie with Semolina and Raisins

  • Here is a beautiful recipe for pumpkin pie made of ready-made crusts with the addition of semolina and raisins, to fingers to lick. The preparation is very simple, this recipe belongs to an economical food. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: baking tray from oven, very easy, total time: 60 min
  • 500 g of thin crust

  • 1 kg of pumpkin/ grated

  • 200 g of sugar

  • 150 g of yellow raisins/

  • 6 Tablespoons grits-semolina

  • cinnamon to taste

  • oil for crust sprinkle

  1. Peel a pumpkin, grate it and squeeze the juice.

  2. Take one crust, lightly coat with oil, put another crust over the first one, coat it and do the same with two crusts. Each roll must have 4 crusts.

  3. Sprinkle the grated pumpkin on all sides, and sprinkle with sugar afterward, and then sprinkle with 1–2 tablespoons of semolina. Then add raisins and cinnamon as desired. (Soak the raisins in lukewarm water and let them stand for 30 minutes).

  4. Fold the sides of the pie slightly inwards, so that the filling does not fall out, and wrap it in a roll.

  5. Do the same with the rest of the bark while you have the material.

  6. Place the baking paper in the baking tray, arrange the rolls, but there should be little space in between.

  7. Coat the crust on top with the rest of the oil.

  8. Preheat the oven to 190 °C and bake the pie for about 45 minutes, or until slightly browned.

  9. Cool, cut into cubes, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve after lunch with coffee.
