Recipe for Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients: simple, total time: 25 min.
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon of mustard

  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

  • 300 ml of oil

Preparation:
  1. Take the eggs out of the fridge and leave them at room temperature for at least half an hour.

  2. Put the eggs in a tall bowl and stir briefly with a mixer. Add salt, mustard, lemon, and little by little oil.

  3. Stir with a blender and add the oil at the same time.

  4. Move the mixer up and down slightly, this will affect the faster lifting of the mixture.

  5. When the mayonnaise separates from the corners of the bowl, it means that it is sufficiently beaten.

  6. Refrigerate immediately and store in the refrigerator.

  7. Mayonnaise prepared in this way will last shorter because it does not contain a preservative.
