Ingredients: easy, total time: 50 min.
  • 750 ml milk

  • 250 ml of fresh cream

  • 280 g of sugar

  • 2 g of baking soda

  • a pinch of salt

  • 1 vanilla pod

Preparation:
  1. To make this cream, take a deeper 5-liter pot with a double bottom so that the cream cannot burn and stick to the bottom.

  2. Remove the vanilla seeds with a knife about 2 cm long and add in a pot with all the ingredients.

  3. Cook at a moderate temperature, mix the ingredients with a hand whisk.

  4. After 30 minutes, the mixture will start to get a second shade of golden color, then reduce the heat, stir constantly.

  5. After 1 hour of cooking time, the cream will become thick.

  6. Check on the plate to pour a drop of this cream if it does not flow, the cream is ready.

  7. You can pack the rest of the cream in a jar and keep it in the fridge for 7 days.
