Simple Asparagus

  • A simple and healthy way to prepare boiled asparagus as a side dish, with the addition of a little olive oil and salt to taste. You can serve it with rice and some steak or fish like salmon. This is the simplest preparation, fast and simple, which does not require other ingredients. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 20 min., 2 servings
  • 400 g asparagus

  • 1 tsp salt for water

  • water

  • olive oil EVO to taste

  1. Clean the bottom hard stalks of the asparagus.

  2. Cook in boiling and salted water for about 12 minutes. Check with a fork if they are soft.

  3. Take them out and dry them and serve them on a plate with a little olive oil.
