##Deliciously Easy Banana Tiramisu Recipe

  1. Indulge in a delectable and elegantly creamy Banana Tiramisu cake, prepared in just 20 minutes. This recipe requires bananas, cocoa, cinnamon, biscuits, vanilla extract, sweet cream, and condensed milk. Alternative ingredient suggestions are provided in the notes at the end of the recipe. The preparation process is straightforward and efficient. Simply follow the recipe instructions.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 20 min. 9 portion
  • 13 biscuits for 1 layer

  • 7 bananas/ cut in half lengthwise

  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

  • 120 g condensed milk

  • 300 ml sweet cream

  • 20 x 20 cm dish

  • Sprinkle cinnamon or cocoa powder

Preparation:
  1. Mix the sweet cream until stiff. Add vanilla extract and condensed milk, and mix again.

  2. Cover the dish with a spoonful of filling and arrange the biscuits next to each other, if necessary break them and arrange them so that the bottom is not visible.

  3. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise.

  4. Arrange them over the biscuits side by side, sprinkle with cinnamon (you can also sprinkle with cocoa).

  5. Pour the mixture just enough to cover the bananas, then arrange another row of the same bananas, sprinkle with cinnamon, and cover with the rest of the cream.

  6. Place in the refrigerator to cool for at least 2-3 hours. Then sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon

  7. Serve.

NOTE:

Some of variant of this cake:

  • If you want, you can add 2 egg yolks to the cream, then add another 30 g of condensed milk more.

  • You can make a same cream from use 400 g Mascarpone mixed with, and 200 ml sweet cream, add sugar to taste as needed, (also you can add 1-2 egg yolk).

  • I used Petit berre biscuits in this recipe, but you can use any other biscuit including cocoa biscuit.

  • I didn't put the second row of biscuits on purpose, and you can arrange them in the same order if you want.

  • Keep the cake covered in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.

  • If you put eggs in the cream, keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
