Ingredients : simple, total time: 2h 1 kg thin crust 900 g ground walnuts 100 g coarsely chopped walnuts 150 g granulated sugar 1 pack 250 g butter/ melted For Syrup : 750 g granulated sugar 1 lemon/ 3 ring slices and juice 1 liter of water 1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g Homemade Baklava dessert Preparation : Melt the butter over low heat. Mix ground and coarse walnuts in a bowl. Add sugar and 2 bag vanilla sugar, mix again. Set aside. It should not be very thick but not very thin, something in between. Set aside. Processing : Before preparing the lasagna, preheat the oven to 180 °C. I used a 20 × 30 cm baking dish. Spread with 1 spoon of Bolognese sauce, arrange fresh lasagna horizontally next to each other, without overlapping. If necessary, cut with scissors the excess dough to fit your dish. You can also use a larger container, 25 × 30 cm. Over the row of lasagna, pour the filling with a ladle and add some oregano and grated mozzarella. Now gently twist into a roll from the bottom edge to the top. Make sure the cuts are on top of the roll. Place baking paper on an oven tray. Make a circular wreath shape from the roll. Connect the edges. Transfer to a baking sheet and adjust the shape a little if necessary. Make sure it is the same thickness everywhere. Let it rest in a warm place for another 30 minutes. Beat the egg yolk after the elapsed time and coat the tops and sides of the rolls. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
