Preparation:
  1. Begin by washing the chicken thoroughly, drying it completely, and then cutting it into smaller pieces.

  2. Next, place the chicken pieces in a deep bowl. Add spices, salt, pepper, and additional chicken seasoning, and mix thoroughly.

  3. Transfer the seasoned chicken pieces to a food processor and blend for 1 minute until finely chopped.

  4. Lay the chopped chicken on a sheet of plastic wrap, and cover with another sheet of plastic wrap.

  5. Gently pat the meat with your palms, then use a rolling pin to flatten it.

  6. Once the meat is thinned, cut it into eight equal portions, forming chicken steaks along with the plastic wrap.

  7. Remove the plastic wrap from the meat and, if necessary, shape it by hand. Coat each piece first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.

  8. Place the prepared steaks on a plate.

  9. Pour half of the oil into a large pan and heat it thoroughly.

  10. Once the oil is hot, add four steaks and fry each side for 5–6 minutes until golden brown.

  11. Serve the fried chicken schnitzels with a side dish of your choice.

  12. Would you like to prepare Swiss chard with potatoes?
