Experience a delightful French purée, characterized by its soft and creamy texture, ready in just 30 minutes. The preparation is straightforward and efficient, allowing you to serve an exceptional and creamy purée in half an hour. Simply follow the recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min. 3-4 serving
550 g peeled potatoes/boiled and mashed
1/2 tsp salt to taste
1/2 tsp nutmeg
15 g butter
3 Tbsp Philadelphia cheese
220–250 milk/ 38% fat
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and remove any blemishes.
Quarter the potatoes and place them in the pan.
Submerge in water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and cook for approximately 25 minutes.
Mash the potatoes using an appropriate tool.
Add butter and salt, then mash again.
Incorporate the Philadelphia mixture, milk, and nutmeg.
Whisk the mixture by hand for about 2 minutes.
Then, use a stick mixer to thoroughly blend the ingredients.
The purée is ready to be served with other main dishes.

NOTE:
Do not heat the purée, but take it out of the refrigerator 1–2 hours before.
Store up to 1–2 days in the refrigerator, covered.
