## Quick and Delicious Mashed Potatoes Recipe

  • Wonderful mashed potatoes in a quick and easy way. For this recipe, you will need 3 large potatoes, a little butter, salt and a little milk. An ideal side dish that goes with all kinds of meat and fish. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min. 2-3 serving
  • 3 big potatoes/ peeled and diced

  • water for cooking

  • 1 Tbsp neutral cheese/ Philadelphia or any

  • 1+ 1/2 tsp salt

  • 120 ml milk

  • 15 g butter

Preparation:
  1. Peel the potatoes, wash, and clean from impurities, cut them into smaller pieces.

  2. Add potatoes, a teaspoon of salt to a small pot and pour water over it. Let it cook for about 25 minutes.

  3. After the spinning time, remove the liquid with the help of a large spoon, you will need about 60 ml.

  4. Strain the potatoes, return them to the pot as well as the liquid, and immediately add the butter and mix it all well. Pass through with the help of the tool.

  5. Add cheese and beat with a mixer and slowly add milk and at the same time beat until you get a uniform and creamy purée.

  6. The purée is ready, serve with the desired meat or fish.

  • Keep the rest of the purée covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
