Larded Pork Leg
Simple preparation and baking of larded pork leg. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 180 min. for 6 people
1.5 kg pork leg (roses)
2 Tablespoons vegeta/dry spice seasoning
2 Tablespoons mustard
3 cloves garlic
2 onions
200 g thin slices of bacon
2 carrots on rings
10 thin slices of bread
A little milk, salt, pepper, bay leaf.

Preparation:
Cut the thigh deep every cm, then rub the cut meat with salt, mustard, pepper and chopped garlic.
Then put a slice of bacon in each, bread soaked in milk and finely and slightly fried onions, carrots, tie with string, cover with bay leaves, wrap in aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 200 ° C for at least 2 hours and 30 minutes.
When the meat is soft, remove the thread and cut it into fillets and serve warm with a side dish of baked potatoes.
