Ingredients: very easy, total time: 50 min
  • 50 g powdered sugar

  • 500 g of wheat flour

  • 100 g of jam

  • 150 ml of hot water

  • 300 ml of sunflower oil

  • 1 sachet baking powder/10 g

  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar/10 g

Preparation:
  1. Put the baking powder in a deep bowl and pour boiling water over it, add oil, vanilla sugar and finally flour.

  2. Knead a smooth dough, from which cookies are immediately made.

  3. Roll out the dough thinly to 4 mm and take out larger molds in to form hearts.

  4. Count all the dough (hearts) how many there are, and divide them into two parts, they must be in pairs, take out on those bigger hearts, the smaller mold of the heart, the punched hearts go up and smear the lower hearts with jam and join them.

  5. When you have finished all this, arrange them in a tray in which you put baking paper.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, for about 25-30 minutes.

  7. The biscuits must be pale, not dark at all.

  8. Once they are baked, immediately roll them in powdered sugar and leave to cool.
