Vegetable Stew

  • Vegetable stew in my way, healthy and very tasty, it is prepared very simply and is ready quickly. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min., 4 servings
  • 700 g of potatoes/grated

  • 250 g of sweet cabbage/grated

  • 200 g cauliflower/of smaller flowers

  • 1 onion/finely chopped

  • 200 ml sour cream

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • dry spice / Vegeta

  • 3 slices of bread/fried

  • 2 Tbsp of oil

  • Parmesan cheese grated if you like

  • fresh chopped parsley to taste

Preparation:
  1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.

  2. Fry the onion with grated potatoes and sweet cabbage in a little oil, add boiling soup or water enough to cover the ingredients in the pot. Add spices and cook until the vegetables are soft.

  3. When the vegetables have softened, take a stick mixer and blend. Add sour cream and mix well. Turn off the heat and add the parsley if you like.

  4. Cut the bread into cubes and fry them in a pan.

  5. Serve the baked bread cubes in a plate and pour the soup over it. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese.

  6. Serve warm. Buon appetito!
