Dough: 5 cups flour 1 Tablespoon of dry yeast or 1 pack of fresh yeast 2 Tablespoons of granulated sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 glass of oil 2 glasses of milk 1 teaspoon of butter Drive in between: 100 g of melted butter Above the Dough: 1 egg yolk lots of sesame Preparation: Put 700 g of flour in a deeper bowl, make a small indentation with a spoon, then add (20 g) or 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 g), one tablespoon of salt (7 g), 25 g vegetable oil, and finally 400 ml of milk. Mix the dough well with a spoon and combine everything well so that the dough must be smooth and soft.
