Cheesecake with Orange

  • A cheesecake with a fantastic taste that refreshes in the summer days, is easy to make and can be eaten with pleasure. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min.

Bark:

  • 300 g ground biscuits

  • 150 g butter

  • 200 ml orange juice

  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon

White part Filling:

  • 500 ml sweet sour cream

  • 300 g cream cheese

  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar

  • 250 g powdered sugar

Orange Topping Portion:

  • 5 oranges

  • 2 bags of gelatin

Preparation:

First, prepare the

Crust:

  1. In a bowl with the biscuits, add cinnamon and butter that has stood at room temperature.

  2. Stir everything, then add the juice and knead the crust with your hands.

  3. Arrange the crust on the bottom of the mold and refrigerate while the filling is being prepared.

Fill:

  1. Whisk the sweet sour cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar into a firm sauce, and add the cream cheese and grated zest of 2 oranges.

  2. Spread the filling over the crust.

Glaze:

  1. Finally, squeeze 5 oranges and put them on the stove to warm up.

  2. Pour two bags of gelatin with 8 tablespoons of water and leave it to swell.

  3. Add gelatin to the heated orange juice and mix well. When it melts, remove from the stove and leave to cool slightly.

  4. Pour the orange juice over the filling and leave overnight to set nicely.

  5. Remove the mold, cut and serve. Enjoy in bites!
