Hot Meatball from Oven

  • Hot meatballs, quick soft and juicy from the oven, will delight you with a taste rich in spices and tomato sauce topping. Try them, because they are worth making! Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min., 2 servings
  • 300 g of minced meat

  • 1 egg

  • 2-3 Tbsp breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 clove garlic/ finely chopped

  • 1 tsp red ground pepper

  • 1/2 tsp red-hot pepper

  • 1 onion/ finely chopped

For the sauce:

  • 200 ml boiled tomatoes

  • 1 Tablespoon flour

  • a bit of oil

  • water for sauce

  • salt, a little oregano to taste

  • a little basil

Preparation:
  1. In the minced meat, put an egg, a little pretzel, a little chopped garlic, ground pepper, a little allspice hot, sweet ground pepper, salt and all well equalized and form meatballs.

  2. In a pan, fry the flour in oil, add boiled tomatoes and 200 ml of water.

  3. Stir constantly and add water to get a thinner sauce. Add a little oregano, chopped basil and salt.

  4. Pour the sauce into the pan and arrange the meatballs inside, coat with oil and bake in the oven at 210 °C for about 30–40 minutes.

  5. When they are ready, serve them warm with mashed potatoes.
