Homemade Bread

  • One of the good recipes for making homemade bread soft as a soul, to prepare need a time, make your family happy. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 120 min.
  • 260 ml lukewarm milk

  • 60 g sugar

  • 10 g dry yeast

  • 12 g salt

  • 580 g flour

  • 10 g powdered milk

  • 1 egg

  • 40 g flour

  • 200 ml lukewarm water

  1. Put all the ingredients in the bowl except the milk and eggs. Mix well with a spoon. Then in another bowl put a little milk, one egg and beat with a whisk well. Then add gradually flour, mix it all well by hand, until you get a smooth and nice dough.

  2. Leave the dough to stand for 20 minutes, cover with a cloth.

  3. In the meantime in add flour and 200 ml of lukewarm water to the pot and mix well then leave it in the fridge for 5–6 hours.

  4. When 6 hours have passed, take the mixture out of the refrigerator, mix dough and let it stand for 1 hour.

  5. Then make a ball of dough, divide it into 4 parts.

  6. Shape into smaller balls, cover with cellophane for 15 minutes.

  7. Slightly roll out the dough with a rolling pin, but not too hard to make the dough 1 finger thick. Then fold half of the dough over the other and again repeat only the opposite, fold the top and bottom and shape it a little with your hands to get a dough in the shape of a smaller rectangle.

  8. Turn the dough and arrange all 4 dough in a greased mold with oil from 18 × 5 cm so that the dough is lined up next to each other, leave to rise for about 20 minutes, covered.

  9. Then, with the beaten egg yolk and a little milk, apply a coating to the dough with the help of a brush.

  10. Bake the dough at 180 °C for 25–30 minutes. Enjoy the bites!
