    Strudel in Old Way An old-fashioned way of preparing strudels, delicious soft and juicy. A treat that everyone wants. Follow recipe. Ingredients: simple, total time: 120 min. For the Dough: 500 g flour 1 egg 200 g butter 150 ml of milk 50 g sugar 1/2 a cube of fresh yeast-22 g / or a bag of dry yeast 10 g pinch of salt For Fill: 400 g ground poppy seeds 200 g sugar 1 lemon, grated peel 1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g 300 ml of milk 50 g breadcrumbs For Coating: 1 egg yolk 1 white Preparation: Sift flour into a bowl and add chopped butter. Combine butter and flour well. Add the yeast in lukewarm milk with one tsp sugar and 1 tsp salt. Leave the yeast to rise for 15 min. When the yeast has risen, add it to the flour with butter, mix well and add 1 egg. Work the dough with a spoon and then start working with your hands, knead a smooth, compact dough. Divide the dough into 2 parts, or 3, equal noodles and leave it covered with cling film in the refrigerator for about 30 min . Take the dough out of the fridge and spread it into a rectangular shape, about 1/2 a cm thick. Put the milk to cook with the sugar, and when it boils, add the poppy seeds, pretzels, vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Cook for two, 3 min , stirring constantly. Remove from the stove and allow the filling to cool completely. Divide the cooled filling into as many pieces as you have noodles. Coat each part of the developed dough evenly, leaving 1 cm from the end blank. Twist the roll tightly, taking care not to squeeze the filling. Arrange the strudels in an oiled pan and let them stand for about 20 min. Coat them with beaten egg yolk and leave them for another 15 min. Then coat with beaten egg whites. Leave the strudel for another 15 min , just as the oven heats up to 180 °C. Bake the poppy seed strudel for about 30 min. Wait for it to cool completely, then cut it into slices and serve. Lightly grease a 9-inch/ 22 cm, cast iron skillet or 9-inch/ 22 cm, square baking dish with butter and place skillet / dish into the oven to heat up. Alternatively, for cast iron skillets : (Heat 1/2 cup of non-melted butter in your cast iron over stove top on medium heat until melted, turn heat off then allow the butter to cool slightly before adding to the batter.) Carefully remove your 'hot' pan or dish from the oven with oven mitts, and pour the batter into the hot skillet or dish. Listen to that sizzle! That's what you want. Bake until the cornbread begins to brown on top, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (about 20–23 minutes). Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving. In this recipe, you are offered two creams of your choice. The first combination is: normal cream pie and normal size. The second combination is cream: layered and tall cream pie. Follow recipe. Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min. Crust: 500 g puff pastry Normal Cream: 6 eggs 1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g 10 Tablespoons of sugar 6 Tablespoons flour 1 liter of milk 2 Tablespoons density 1 whipped bag/ or 200 ml sweet cream Combination High cream: 6 eggs 20 Tablespoons of sugar 2 vanilla sugars/ 20 g 1 box (40 dag) density 6 Tablespoons flour 500 ml of water 2 liters of milk Preparation: Crust: Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 3 mm, grease the pan with butter and put the crust, roll it out with a fork on all sides and bake at 220 °C for 10 minutes. Cut the second crust with a knife, but not all the way into crêpe cubes, just mark it and put it to bake. That crust will go to the top of the cake. This is just a recipe for cream because I use it not only for cream pie- but also for princesses donuts, full of fruit, but in a million ways it can be used. The first time you make it, you see all the shortcomings that you missed. The second one is already something, and the third time you are a master of cream pie, so the longer you know the cream pie, the more you like it. Leave the crempita to cool for about 3 hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, then serve. Serve crempitas cold. During that time, (put gnocchi when the water boils) cook the gnocchi in salted water with a little oil, cook them until they float to the surface (approximately 3-4 minutes). Strain the gnocchi and put them in a bowl in which you will serve the gnocchi. Pour tomato sauce over it and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, serve warm with basil leaves. Buon appetito! NOTE: If it's easier for you, you can put the gnocchi in a pan, and reduce heat. Then stir it with the sauce few seconds, also add grated Parmesan cheese, stir at the same time while the sauce is cooking, stir quickly and turn off the heat after 10 seconds. Ingredients: simple, total time: 55 min. 4 serving 500 g gnocchi Bolognese Ragù: 2-3 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 onion/ finely chopped 1 medium carrot/ finely chopped 1/3 stalk celery/ finely chopped 100 ml wine for cooking 1 clove of garlic/ finely chopped 600 g minced meat/ beef and pork 350-400 ml tomato paste/ or 2-3 Tablespoon concentrate + 350-400 ml water 1.5 teaspoon red ground pepper 2 teaspoons dried basil 1 teaspoon oregano salt and ground black pepper to taste Parmesan Cheese/ grated Preparation: For Bolognese: Prepare all the ingredients as described above. Fry the chopped onion briefly in very little oil, 1–2 minutes. Add a little salt and pepper. Then add chopped celery and carrot, stir and stew until soft for about 8 minutes. Pour the wine, wait for the alcohol to evaporate, then add the garlic and minced meat, stir the ingredients well. Stew the meat until the liquid comes out of the meat, with stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. After that, add the tomato paste, stir and add: the basil, oregano, red ground pepper, cover the pan and stir occasionally, with adding little water as needed. Cook for the next 35 minutes, controlling the stirring and adding water as needed. Season again the Bolognese to taste with salt and pepper. When the meat has softened and the sauce has gained color and thickness, turn off the heat. For Gnocchi: Pour water and salt into a large saucepan, wait for it to boil. Put the gnocchi and cook for about 3 minutes. When they are ready, strain them well. Return them to the same bowl where the gnocchi were cooked and add 7 large spoons of bolognese ragù, sprinkle with 2 spoons of grated Parmesan cheese and stir. Serve warm in deep plates. Ingredients: easy, baking dish 30x20 cm, total time: 1h 30 min. 15 persons Biscuit: 5 eggs/ room temperature 200 g of granulated sugar 1 bag vanilla sugar / 10 g 200 ml of sunflower oil 1 Tablespoon rum 250 g of smooth flour 30 g cocoa powder 1 bag baking powder / 10 g pinch of salt Stuffing: 6 apples/ cleaned and grated 100 ml of water 200 g of sugar 3 Tablespoons rum 100 g of cooking chocolate 200 g butter/ room temperature Topping: 200 ml apple juice (100%) Glaze: 100 g of cooking chocolate 50 g butter/ room temperature 2 Tablespoons oil Preparation: Cream: Wash and peel the apples, then grate them. Put grated apples with sugar and 50 ml water in a deeper pa, cook over a moderately low heat, until the apples are tender. After that, blend the apples into a cream. When it still warms the apple cream, add the chocolate, butter, and stir until it melts, finally add the rum and leave the cream to cool. In the meantime, make a biscuit. Biscuit: Stir in the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until foamy in a deep bowl, mix on a higher speed. Add oil and rum to the egg mixture. In another deeper bowl, sift the flour with a little salt and baking powder. Gradually add the flour to the egg mixture and mix it all well into a homogeneous mixture. Pour the prepared mixture into a 30 × 20 cm pan lined with baking paper and flatten. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 30 minutes. Control the dough with a toothpick. When the biscuit is baked, wait 10 minutes, separate the dough from the mold and transfer it to a tray to cool. Cut the cold biscuit in half, thick in thickness, place the lower part of the crust on a tray and pour apple juice over it with the help of a brush. Crush the other part of the crust into super chops in as few crumbs as possible. Processing: Add biscuit crumbs to the mixture of chilled apple cream, then chocolate, and butter and mix everything well into a uniform mixture with a spatula. This will be your cake cream. On the lower part of the crust that you poured apple juice, spread the cake cream and flatten with a cake knife. Then put the cake to stand in the fridge for about 40 minutes. In the meantime, make the glaze. Glaze: In a small saucepan, add the ingredients for the glaze and mix over a moderately low heat, until the glaze melts and evens out. Set aside a few tablespoons in a pastry bag with a small opening. Pour the rest of the icing over the surface of the cooled cake and leave nicely. With the rest of the glaze in the pastry bag, grind the entire surface of the cake to your liking. Transfer the finished cake to the refrigerator to cool well and allow the aromas to pass, preferably 5–6 hours or overnight. Cut the cold cake into bars or cubes as you prefer. Serve chilled bars with some hot or cold beverage.
