Rinflaish Sauce Tomato
We all adore Rinfleish sauce as an addition to boiled potatoes, cooked meat and vegetables, here is a nice recipe how to prepare it takes you only 15 minutes
Tomato sauce (for rinflaish)
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp flour
250 ml tomato juice
125 ml of water
1 tsp of sugar
parsley leaves or weed dill
salt and pepper to taste
Rinflaish sauce tomato
Heat the oil in a small pan, then add the flour. Stir and fry, making sure to turn yellow just a little, without burning. Add the tomato juice, then stir with a whisk to make a homogeneous mixture. Add water, mix again, then cook 5 min.
Add sugar, then salt and pepper to taste and chopped parsley leaf.
Note: if it is thick, add a little more water, and if it is too thin, cook longer until the desired
density is reached. Serve the sauce with boiled vegetables and meat.
