Quick Cake with Apples and Cinnamon in 15 min

  • When you are short with time and need to welcome guests, here is a recipe that is quick and very tasty. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: casserole 34 × 22 cm, cup 200 ml, simple, total time: 30 min.
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 a cup of oil

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 bag baking powder/10 g

  • 5 medium apples (cut apples into rings mixed with cinnamon, so you will arrange them on the dough)

  • a little cinnamon or to taste

  • 1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g

  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

  • Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes, depending on the oven

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar first with a mixer for about 5 min. to get a nice mass.

  2. Then add sifted flour and baking powder to the same ingredients. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon.

  3. Then, when the mixture is ready, put 1/2 amounts in a greased-floured tin mold 34 × 22 cm. Then, add apple slices smeared with cinnamon, start to arrange on this mixture until the end.

  4. Pour the other 1/2 of the mixture over the apples, shake the mixture to arrange nicely on a baking sheet over the apples.

  5. Put to bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C for 25–30 minutes.

  6. When the cake is done, let it cool a bit, after sprinkle with a small sieve the powdered sugar over the cake. Enjoy in bites!
