Cornbread without Eggs

  • Fantastic recipe for corn bread without added eggs, soft and wonderful taste. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min. cup: 200 ml
  • 2 cups corn flour/

  • 2 cups wheat flour

  • 1 baking powder/ 10 g

  • 1 cup of oil

  • 150 g of cheese (feta cheese is the best)

  • 1 yogurt

  • 1 cup acidic water

  • a little salt

  • sesame for sprinkling

  1. Mix all ingredients well.

  2. Put a spoonful of fat in the pan. Put it in a hot oven to heat well, because that way you get that incredible crispy part of the crust, then pour the mixture into the pan and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

  3. Bake at 220 °C. You can serve both cold and warm.
