Ingredients: simple, total time: 55 min.
BISCUITS:
1 egg
180 g of sugar
100 ml of oil
200 ml of milk
50 g of ground walnuts
150 g of flour
1 bag of baking powder/ 10 g
1 vanilla sugar/ 10 g
CREAM:
125 g of butter
100 g of cooking chocolate
250 ml of milk
8 Tablespoons sugar
230 g of ground walnuts
DECORATION:
sprinkle with ground walnuts if desired
Preparation:
Add egg, sugar, oil, milk, vanilla sugar and flour mixed with baking powder add ground walnuts to the bowl, combine everything with a mixer well. Grease and flour a 21 × 24 cm baking tray.
Pour into a baking pan and spread the mixture.
Place in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30-35 min.
For the cream, add sliced butter, shredded cooking chocolate, milk, and sugar to the pot.
Put to boil until the ingredients are melted.
As soon as you remove from the side, add the walnuts and combine everything.
Pour hot over biscuits and arrange. Let it cool, then serve. Enjoy in bites!
