Cereals with Chocolate and Hazelnuts
  • A wonderful dessert that is very easy to prepare, you only need a few materials for this recipe, the taste is fantastic! Follow recipe.

Ingredients: baking tray 20x20 cm, very easy, total time : 50 min.
  • 400 g of milk chocolate

  • 80-100 g of puffed rice/ depends on taste

  • 80-100 g of hazelnuts/ finely chopped or coarsely ground

  • 200 g of white chocolate

  • 80-100 ml condensed milk

  • 1 Tbsp of butter/ room temperature

Preparation:
  1. Take a baking tray and line the baked paper on all sides.

  2. Melt 200 g of milk chocolate in a steamer and pour into a baking pan and flatten evenly with a spoon.

  3. Then sprinkle with ground hazelnuts or sprinkle with coarsely blended hazelnuts as you like.

  4. Then place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to cool.

  5. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate, butter and condensed milk in a steamer.

  6. Finally, mix in the expanded rice and mix well.

  7. Take the pan out of the fridge and pour the white filling over the milk chocolate and flatten with a spoon.

  8. Sprinkle the hazelnuts over the white filling again, and put it back in the fridge to cool for 15 minutes.

  9. Repeat the last process with the remaining 200 g of milk chocolate, the same steam heating. Melt the chocolate finely, take out the pan and pour over the milk chocolate. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped hazelnuts, if desired.

  10. Put it back in the fridge for 15 minutes, then put the baked paper on top and press the chocolate with gentle movements so that everything is nicely aligned and united. Let stand overnight. Cut the dessert as desired.
