It also contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, but also B9, copper, potassium, calcium, zinc, iron, proteins, fiber, etc. So, as you can see, the role of these two foods is huge.

Honey and nuts for immunity

  • Winter is coming with it and the pressure that it is important to have a strong immunity in order to be healthy during this part of the year as well. Today, when being ill is extremely expensive, we should turn to natural solutions for our health. Why honey and nuts for immunity? The combination of honey and walnuts has long been known as a natural aphrodisiac and is a cure for many diseases. No synthetic preparation replaces natural vitamins, so is the case with the recipe – honey and nuts for immunity. Pour a handful of ground walnuts with 200 ml of buying water, when it cools, strain it, add 2 to 3 spoons of honey. Take a third of the mixture before each meal during the day.

  • Honey and walnuts as a medicine are also good against the presence of stomach ulcers. Pour 20 g of ground walnuts with 100 or 150 milliliters of hot water, shake and cool. Strain the mixture and add one to 2 tablespoons of honey to the liquid part. Mix and divide into 3 equal amounts and drink before meals.

This combination also helps with reduced mental ability, impaired memory, concentration, etc.


Honey and nuts and high blood pressure

  • This is a very common health problem that can have consequences if not treated as recommended. If you want to test how much honey and walnuts are a cure for this concern, consume two hundred grams of a mixture of these two products daily for 45 days.

Take ground walnuts in equal proportions with chestnut honey and take three tablespoons three times a day and use it for at least 20 to 30 days. Honey and nuts for the thyroid gland

  • Young green walnuts are rich in the building blocks of thyroid hormones – iodine and tyrosine. Make a recipe by taking ground green walnuts with honey in equal proportions. Leave them in a dark place for 30 days and take one small spoon a day.

Honey and walnuts more recipes

  • It takes 100 grams of raisins, 150 grams of walnuts in the core, 100 grams of almonds, peel of two lemons and their juice, 100 grams of dried apricots, 100 grams of prunes, 250–300 grams of honey. Grind all that except honey, prunes, apricots, and lemon juice in a meat grinder and add the juice of two lemons, whose rind you have previously ground, to the mixture, add plums and apricots and mix. At the very end, add honey and mix. Let it stand for 2 days in a dark place and eat one to two spoons three times a day every day, and give the children one spoon twice a day. Keep the jar in the refrigerator.

Honey and walnuts recipe:

  • Get 200 grams of dried apricots, 200 grams of prunes, 200 grams of dried figs, 200 grams of walnuts, 1 lemon, 50 ml of brandy and 250 grams of honey. Then, grind the dried fruit and lemon with the rind in a meat grinder and then add honey and brandy to the mixture and stir. Keep the jar in the refrigerator and take one tablespoon before eating.

Honey and walnuts recipe:

  • Combine one kilogram of honey with a kilogram of ground walnuts and add two tablespoons of cinnamon, combine all that and store in the refrigerator. Consume in the morning before breakfast and after each subsequent meal, and you can dissolve this mixture with water, tea, or milk.
