Ingredients: very easy, total time: 30 min
300 g soft flour
8 g of baking powder
250 g sugar
3 eggs
150 ml yogurt
120 g butter
1 cup blueberries
Preparation:
In a deep bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and sugar.
In another deeper bowl, whisk the egg whites separately, then add the egg yolks, yogurt, and butter and then lightly whisk everything with the previous mixture.
Put the paper baskets in the muffin tin and fill them with the dough.
Put 4 to 8 blueberries and press to sink a little into the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C Celsius for about 25 minutes. Buon appetito!
