Coconut Rolls

Coconut rolls, very tasty and soft dessert. Ready dough in just 10 minutes. Simple preparation is quick and easy! These rolls are shaped by hand and are quick to make. For this recipe you will need one egg, butter, coconut, flour, and sugar. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min.
250 g butter/ room temp.
1 egg
a pinch of salt
100 g of powdered sugar
100 g of coconut flour
1 slice of lemon juice/ optional
400 g of flour
Preparation:
Knead the dough using all the specified ingredients.
Begin by combining the softened butter and sugar, then incorporate the egg followed by the remaining ingredients.
Ensure the butter is softened at room temperature.
Once the mixture is prepared, shape it into a ball of dough and refrigerate for approximately 20-30 minutes.
Roll the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm, then use a mold or your hands to form horseshoe shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for approximately 15-17 minutes.
If necessary, cover the rolls with aluminum foil and continue baking until done.
The rolls should be light and not overly dense.
Once baked, coat them in powdered sugar and serve with coffee, tea, or as a simple dessert after lunch.

NOTE:
The rolls should be lightweight and unobtrusive.
Store in an airtight container with a lid for up to 7-8 days.
