Here is a recipe for coconut rolls as I make it. They are very tasty, soft and fragrant
Ingredients:
400 gr flour
250 gr Coconut flour
100 gr sugar
1 butter 250 g
2 eggs
vanilla sugar

Preparation:
Mix first butter which was on room temperature, mix well then add eggs mixed with sugar, mix it well, add flour and coconut flour. Make small buns and bake at 175 degrees 15 -20 min. Be careful not to be dark, roll in vanilla sugar mixed with sugar powder.
Note: If you want, you can roll the ends in chocolate glaze to make it look even more beautiful
