For the Dough:
250 ml of water
125 g margarine
150 g of flour
1 Tbsp sugar
crumbs of salt
4 eggs
Cream:
1/2 liter of milk
250 g of sugar
2 pieces egg yolk
4 Tbsp top full density
2 sachet vanilla sugar/20 g
125 g margarine
and more
300 ml sweet sour cream
Preparation
Dough:
Combine water, margarine, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Place the bowl on the stove and heat over medium heat.
Once the mixture reaches a boil, add the flour and stir until a smooth consistency is achieved.
Allow the mixture to cool.
Beat the eggs, then gradually incorporate them into the cooled flour mixture, continuously stirring with a mixer.
Once the mixture is uniform, use a syringe to place the dough onto a greased baking tray or one lined with baking paper.
Ensure the donuts are spaced apart to allow for expansion.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C and bake the donuts for approximately 20 minutes. Then, reduce the temperature to 180 °C and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes if necessary.
Do not open the oven during baking.
Cream
Mix the egg yolk and thickener with a small amount of cold milk. Bring the remaining milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar to a boil. Once boiling, add the egg yolk mixture and stir until thickened.
Incorporate the whipped margarine into the cooled cream and mix thoroughly.
Slice the cooled donuts in half, fill with the cream, add whipped sweet cream, and cover with the top half of the donuts.
Dust with powdered sugar.
