## Refreshing Summer Espresso Delight: A Coffee Lover's Dream Recipe

  • This beverage is exceptional during the hot summer months, offering both refreshment and invigoration. It can be prepared in various combinations using the fundamental ingredients: espresso coffee, vanilla, ice cream, milk, and sugar. This recipe will particularly appeal to coffee enthusiasts. Ingredients: simple, total time: 10 min., 2 serving
  • 400 ml espresso coffee

  • 200 ml milk with fat

  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar

  • 2 scoop vanilla ice cream for blending

  • 2 scoop vanilla ice cream for glass

  • ice cubes

  • cups of 300 ml

Toppings:

  • whipped cream

  • candied roasted nuts

  • chocolate sauce or liqueur

Preparation:
  1. In a deep bowl, blend espresso, sugar, milk, and 2 scoop vanilla ice cream until smooth. Blend from low to high speed.

  2. Add a scoop of ice cream to each glass and pour the iced coffee in it! You can add ice cubes.

  3. For better decoration you can use and add some toppings like: whipped cream, chocolate sauce, roasted nuts, grated chocolate.

  4. Serve!

NOTE:
  • If you don't have an espresso machine, you can add a regular cup of coffee that you will filter.

  • You can use 1 spoon of coffee syrup with the flavor: hazelnut, caramel or vanilla, over whipped cream. You can add the syrup to the bottom of the glass or over the whipped cream.

  • Apart from vanilla ice cream, you can add some other milk ice cream according to your taste, for example with: hazelnut, Stracciatella, or coconut.

  • For decoration, you can use finely chopped hazelnuts, candied roasted nuts, sprinkles, chocolate flakes.

  • If you want a little alcohol in ice cream, you can add 0.3 ml liqueur. The best liqueur is Baileys, or another similar flavored chocolate liqueur.

  • You can certainly add cocoa biscuits, or some with the addition of cinnamon in crumbled form, Oreo, cinnamon cocoa biscuit, plasma biscuit.
