Ingredients: cup measure =240 ml, total time: 30 minutes

Dough

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1 sachet of cinnamon/10 g

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 3 Tbsp plum jam

  • 5 Tbsp oil

  • 2 cups flour


Topping and fill

  • jam for coating cookie in the middle

  • 100 g chocolate for topping cookie

Preparation:
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the dough, pour half of the mixture into the baking tray and level.

  2. Bake in the static oven to 180 °C, about 20-25 minutes until it catches the crust, then remove from the oven, until it separates from the mold, check with a toothpick if it is baked.

  3. Do the same with the rest of the mixture.

  4. Coat with jam of your choice.

  5. Take a heart-shaped mold and take out the molds.

  6. Then make a chocolate glaze and pour the chocolate over the cookie.

  7. Let them cool.

  8. When the glaze has cooled a bit, sprinkle a little powdered sugar.
