  • On multiple occasions, I find myself with leftover thin crusts after preparing pies or cakes. I have developed a simple and efficient recipe to create a delightful pie using two crusts, perfect for breakfast or dinner. Below is the recipe to utilize these crusts effectively. Please follow the instructions.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min. 4 servings
  • 2 thin crust/ torn

  • 2 eggs/ scrambled

  • 100 g Philadelohia cheese/ or other Greek feta, crumble cheese

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 150 ml yogurt

  • 60 ml oil

  • 3 g baking powder

  • 2. 5 full Tbsp wheat flour/ or corn flour

  • 20 cm round baking dish

Preparation:
  1. In a deep bowl, add the eggs, beat with salt, add cheese and oil and mix again until the mixture is uniform.

  2. Add the torn crust, flour and baking powder to it, mix it all well and combine.

  3. Transfer to an oiled round baking dish and flatten.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.

  5. Serve the finished pie with yogurt or sour milk.
