## Nostalgic Homemade Cheese Pies: A Quick and Easy Delight
Cheese pies are juicy and soft as a soul, with a crispy crust that takes us back to our childhood, the ones our grandmothers and mothers used to make. They are ideal for breakfast or dinner with a spoonful of yogurt or kefir or sour milk. Those homemade cheese pies were always the most beautiful! The preparation is very quick and easy, let's make it together. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min., 8 serving
1 pack of thin crusts/ 500 g
Filling:
500 g fresh crumble cow cheese/ or Greek feta cheese
4 eggs
salt as needed
Topping:
2 eggs
160 ml yogurt
130 ml oil
For Sprinkle as you like:
sesame seeds
cumin
Preparation:
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, and oil for the dressing and set aside.
In another deep bowl, mash the cheese with a fork, add the eggs and lightly salt if the cheese is not salty.
Place the first crust on the work surface and spread with the 2-3 spoon of topping
Place the second crust over it, cover the middle third with cheese filling, and fold the sides inward.
Roll up the pie and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Repeat the process until you have used up all the ingredients.
When you have finished with all the ingredients, pour over the rest of the dressing, you can also mix it with the filling if there is any left over.
If you have cumin or sesame seeds, you can sprinkle them over the pie.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
Let the cheese rolls rest for about 5–10 minutes.
Serve with yogurt, sour milk or kefir.

NOTE:
You can add prosciutto or cooked ham to this pie.
Keep the roll cheese pie covered at room temperature, or in the refrigerator if it's summer, for up to 3 days.
