Olive oil EVO to taste
2 zucchini/ cut into rings
8 Brussel sprouts/ quartered
2 cloves of garlic/ minced
salt and pepper to taste
150 ml broth/ or water
Preparation:
Sauté the chopped garlic in a pan with a small amount of olive oil for approximately 20 seconds.
Incorporate the chopped zucchini and quartered Brussels sprouts. Sauté for a few minutes, then add the broth, ensuring the ingredients are well combined. Allow to simmer until the vegetables are tender and the liquid has evaporated.
