## Refreshing Spring Salad Recipe
A refreshing spring salad requires just a few ingredients and pairs excellently with grilled meats and fish. The preparation is quick and straightforward. Please follow the recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 10 min. 2 servings
1 red onion/ cut into rings
6 feta Greek cheese
10 black olives/ depitted
1 cucumber/ diced
10 cherry tomatoes/ cut in half
Olive oil EVO to taste
1 Tbsp apple acid vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
oregano to taste/ or parsley or weed dill
Preparation:
Place three slices of Greek cheese on two plates.
In a deep bowl, add the sliced onion to the rings, pitted olives, cherry tomatoes and chopped cucumber.
Add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with oregano or chopped parsley, you can also add dill instead of oregano and parsley, if you like.
Drizzle with olive oil and a spoonful of vinegar. Mix it all well and put it in a plate with Greek feta cheese.

NOTE:
This is a simple spring salad recipe, you can add half a cormorant or any other vegetable you like.
The rest of the salad can be stored in a covered refrigerator for up to 1 day.
