## Savory Oven-Baked Hot Ribs with Potatoes: A Personal Twist

Ingredients: simple, total time: 80 min., 4 serving
  • 1 kg pork ribs

  • meat roasting bag for ovens


For Marinade:

  • 2 Tsp bio dry spice Vegeta

  • 1 full Tbsp mustard

  • 2 tsp allspice - red ground paprika

  • 2 tsp red hot pepeet/ or red hot flakes

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 Tbsp ketchup/ or BBQ

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil EVO for marinade


and:

  • 6 medium potatoes/ sliced

  • 1 onion/ cut into ribs

  • 2 long yellow peppers/ cut on rings

  • 2 spring onions/ finely chopped

  • Olive oil EVO to taste

  • 1 flat tsp dry spice Vegeta

  • pinch of salt and pepper to taste

  • 170 ml water + leftovers of marinade

Preparation:
  1. Cut the ribs with a knife, in a couple of places over the foreskin.

  2. Mix all the spices for the marinade from the description.

  3. Take a glove and rub the marinade well into the ribs, then place the set in a roasting bag. Set aside.

  4. Place the sliced ​​potatoes in the baking dish.

  5. In the bowl where the marinade was, add 150-170 ml of water and pour it over the potatoes, add the spices for the potatoes and stir.

  6. Cut one onion into ribs and finely chop 2 spring onions, add to the potatoes and mix well.

  7. Put the bag with the ribs on top and drill in a few places.

  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 60-70 minutes, until golden brown. After 30 minutes, stir the potatoes and add liquid as needed., and continue baking.

  9. If the potatoes are done, take them out of the oven earlier!

  10. Serve warm.
