Soft Ribs made easy

Delicious meaty ribs in the simplest and fastest way. Fine and soft and very tasty. With very few extras. French fries go great with ribs, and you can serve BBQ sauce or Tabasco sauce. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 55 min., 4 servings
10 pork meaty ribs
water+1 tsp salt
salt and black pepper to taste
2 tsp red ground paprika
1 tsp dry spice Vegeta
4-5 Tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation:
Pre-rinse the ribs under cold water. In a deeper and larger pot, pour water just enough to cover the ribs, 1–2 fingers more, and add a teaspoon of salt.
Cook for about 35–40 minutes, to remove the foam that forms during cooking.
Drain the ribs and place on a plate to cool.
When the ribs have cooled, season everything to taste and rub one piece on all sides.
Place the prepared ribs in heated oil to fry until browned on all sides.
Remove the finished ribs on a kitchen towel on a plate to absorb excess fat.
Serve with baked potatoes or other vegetables of your choice.

NOTE:
If you like it hot, you can add hot ground pepper instead of red sweet pepper.
Keep the rest of the ribs, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
