Pork Ribs roasted in Honey

  • Beautiful grilled ribs in rennet with potatoes, it has a fantastic taste and smell. It's a very simple preparation, and it's done very quickly! Pork is delicious anyway, but roasting in this way will only improve the taste of meat and potatoes. To make such a delicious dish, follow the instructions in the recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 1h 50 min, 2 servings
  • 500 g fresh ribs

  • 3–4 cloves of garlic

  • 1 teaspoon red ground peppers

  • 2 teaspoon dry herbal spice-Vegeta

  • 1 Tablespoon honey

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 kg potatoes

  • oil and sesame seeds

  • 100 g dry bacon

  • rosemary to taste for potatoes

Preparation:
  1. Peel potatoes, grate it and slice it, add oil, spices, allspice, pepper, sesame seeds, crushed garlic, and diced bacon.

  2. Mix everything and shake in a round pan.

  3. Season the ribs with sea salt, spread with mustard, pepper, honey, and a little oil, then rub well.

  4. Place in the middle of the potatoes in a pan. You can add a little rosemary to the potatoes and bake at 180-190 °C, about 1 and 30 min. While baking, mix the ingredients, turn the ribs and add a little water if necessary.

  5. Taste is fantastic! Serve warm dish.
