Sausages with Potatoes

Sausages with potatoes is a delectable dish that is both quick and easy to prepare. This recipe requires grilled sausages, potatoes, and a selection of spices. Please follow the recipe for detailed instructions.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 50 min. 2 serving
4 sausages for grill
4-5 medium potatoes
dry spice Vegeta
salt and pepper to taste
dry parsley to taste
Olive oil EVO for frying
1 /2 tsp red ground paprika/ optional
little water/ optional
Preparation:
Wash the sausages and dry them with a kitchen towel, make several cuts on one side, but do not cut the sausage, stand on the side.
Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into 5 mm rings and cut them in half. Place in a pot and cook for about 13 minutes, strain well and dry, then add spices, salt, a little pepper and Vegeta.
Oil the pan, add the potatoes and cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally. If you want, you can add a little water and 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika powder.
Mix everything well and cover the pan and stir occasionally.
When the potatoes have softened and browned, take them out and put them in a deep bowl lined with paper.
In the same pan, grill the sausages until they are golden brown on all sides.
Serve warm with salad.
