Savory Scones with Cheese

This versatile appetizer is perfect for any occasion and can be enjoyed at breakfast or dinner. The dough is simple to prepare, requiring only a few ingredients. Please follow the recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 55 min.
500 ml sour cream
120 g melted butter
500 g of cow crumbled salty cheese
1 Tablespoon salt
500 g flour
For Spreading:
1 egg
For Sprinkle:
cumin and sesame to taste
Preparation:
Sift the flour into a large bowl, add the melted butter, and mix thoroughly by hand to avoid lumps. Incorporate the salt and sour cream, then knead the dough well manually.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Drain any excess liquid from the dough and incorporate the cow's cheese.
Knead the dough again by hand, then roll it out to a thickness of 6 mm.
Use a 3.5 cm round cutter to shape the dough.
Place the pieces on baking paper with spacing on a baking tray.
Brush each scone with beaten egg and sprinkle with cumin and sesame seeds as desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 25–30 minutes.
Serve the scones warm.
