If you're interested in making homemade butter, this recipe is ideal due to its simplicity and quick preparation time. By following this method, you can incorporate dill, which serves as an excellent complement to steaks or other meats. Please follow the recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min.
1.5 liter of whipped cream/ with fat 36%
salt to taste
thyme to taste
2 bowls
cold water
Dough machine or mixer
Preparation:
Whip the cream for approximately 10–15 minutes at medium speed. This process will separate the buttermilk from the butter.
As the liquid rises in the bowl, remove the solid butter, strain it, and rinse it in two bowls of cold water, then strain it again.
Press the butter to extract as much liquid as possible.
Place the solid butter on baking paper and divide it into several portions.
Add salt to one portion and thyme to the other, knead them, roll into a salami shape, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
The thyme butter can be used as a complement to meat dishes.
The other butter is suitable for spreads and additional uses.
Enjoy your homemade butter!
NOTE:
You can keep the butter covered and wrapped in nylon foil in the freezer up to 3 months.
