Recipe for Serbian kebabs and how they are made. This is my own mixture recipe for burgers, and ćevapčići ( kebabs) which are fantastic! Follow recipe.
Ingredients:
1 kg g minced beef meat/or beef and pork
1.5 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 flat teaspoons of dry spice+ Vegeta see here!
3 cloves garlic/ finally chopped
1 medium of onion/finely chopped
2 Tbsp of breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate
Add a little water/ 1 Tablespoon
Preparation:
Mix it all and add to the mixture and combine well with hands. Knead the mixture for kebabs for at least 20 minutes, cover with foil and leave in the refrigerator to rest for about 1 hour.
Make burgers into balls first, then flatten them later and separate them to 1 cm thick.
Bake on the grill or pan with little oil.
Serve with freshly chopped onions, cream cheese, ajvar, salads, baked potatoes.

NOTE: You can use breadcrumbs instead old 1 piece of bread soaked in water and drained can also be used! If you add bread, there is no need to add water, because it was already in liquid!
