Ingredients: simple, total time: 25 min., 2 servings
16 Shrimps
250 g Tagliatelle + water +1 tsp salt
Olive oil EVO to taste
30 g butter
1 large clove of garlic/ minced
1/2 lemon juice/ filtered
salt and black pepper to taste
250 ml cooking cream
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 full tsp grated lemon zest
120 ml liquid of tagliatelle/ or water
2 Tbsp fresh parsley leaves/ finely chopped, or 1 Tbsp dry parsley
Preparation:
Make sure you are working side by side with the tagliatelle and the shrimps at the same time.
Bring water and a teaspoon of salt to a boil for tagliatelle. As soon as it boils, add the fresh tagliatelle and cook about 2 minutes according to the instructions, then strain and set aside.
While you wait for the water to boil, prepare the shrimps.
Shrimp sauce:
Fry the dried shrimp in a little olive oil and melted butter, until golden brown on all sides, about 5 - 7 minutes. Turn off the heat.
Wait for the shrimps to cool down, then clean them except for the 4 pieces that will be used for decoration in the plate.
Set aside 4 shrimps for decoration. Leave the cleaned shrimp in other plate.
Turn on the stove add in a same pan, minced garlic, when it smells, pour lemon juice and simmer for a 1-2 more minutes.
Now pour the cooking cream, lemon zest, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste, add cleaned shrimps, cook for about 5 minutes, with adding gradually 120 ml liquid from tagliatelle or water.
Immediately, when the cream has become uniform add the strained tagliatelle and mix everything well for about a minute. Sprinkle with parsley leaves and turn off the heat.
Serve in plates with the addition whole shrimps and parsley, leaves. If you like the taste of lemon, you can add the grated peel from above.

You can use spaghetti instead of tagliatelle.
