Thin Pancakes

Thin pancakes offer distinct advantages over other preparations due to their softness, thinness, and fluffiness, making them easy to consume. Their preparation is both quick and straightforward by following the recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min.
4 eggs
200 ml milk
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
500 g flour
1 bag vanilla sugar/10 g
500 ml water
50 ml oil
Preparation:
Begin by beating the eggs, then incorporate the sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, milk, and oil. Mix thoroughly using a mixer.
Gradually add the flour and water while continuing to beat the mixture.
The batter should have a consistency that is neither too thick nor too thin.
Once the mixture is prepared, ready a non-stick pan by adding a minimal amount of oil.
Heat the pan over medium heat.
Using a ladle, pour the batter into the pan in a circular motion.
Cook each side for approximately 2 minutes over moderate heat.
Fill the pancakes with jam, nuts, sugar, or Nutella, then roll them or fold into a triangle shape.

NOTE:
If the dough is thick, add a little milk, if it is thin, add more flour.
Keep the pancakes at room temperature covered with nylon foil. That way they will keep their softness.
